ONLINE ADVERTISING WE USE

We use Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Linkin, and X Remarketing (hereinafter, "Remarketing") to advertise OpesTrust.us across the Internet. Remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of the TriggerApp website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.

HOW WE STORE DATA

We retain all rights of ownership on our software, code, databases, designs and any other internally developed application to provide the Site and the Service. You retain all rights of your data posted on the service.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason, or none at all, you decide within 30 days of ordering § 453 Deferred Trust | Seminar  that the product is not right for you, email us at michael@dstkit.us for a full refund.  Refunds are processed within 30 days and will be mailed out once monthly on the Friday closest to the 15th of the month.  The refund policy does not apply to any pdf only products. 

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

You agree that the information, templates, instructions provided by OpesTrust.com's paid programs are confidential, and you agree to maintain their confidentiality by not disclosing any information provided by OpesTrust.us to any third party, except to potential trustee(s).  And, if you disclose any such information to potential trustees, you will assure that there will be no further distribution of such confidential information by any such potential trustee.  You agree to be liable for damages caused by your disclosure, and any disclosure by any trustee you have provided such confidential information to.  You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claims arising out of or related to your purchase of products from OpesTrust.us shall be the City and County of San Francisco, California.  Further, attorneys fees shall be awarded in any claim arising out of or related to any dispute related to any purchase of OpesTrust.us products.
